It is officially 2024, so I want to summarise my plans, goals and habits I want to build this year.

Short term

• Get back into a consistent workout routine
• Completely give up energy drinks and coffee-to-go, cut down on softdrinks
• Continue reading daily
• Build up a daily meditation habit
• Use my phone a lot less, have a more minimal setup on it

Long term

• Fix my sleeping schedule and be consistent with going to bed earlier
• Find a flat and move out
